American Management Association Scholarship Program
American Management Association (AMA) and the Leader to Leader Institute established the AMA Scholarship Program to assist social sector nonprofit organizations in developing the strong leaders today who will lead the organizations of the future. The AMA Scholarship is designed to provide nonprofit leaders with an opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, interact with peers across the sectors and develop practical skills they can apply immediately within their organizations. However, learning does not stop there. During the entire scholarship year, the recipients will be provided with intellectual resources, opportunities, and discounts designed to enhance leadership effectiveness and support excellence in organizational and personal performance.

The California Fertilizer Foundation
The California Fertilizer Foundation offers funding for the continuation and/or implementation of after school garden programs. Mix It Up Grants
Have a great idea about how to challenge social boundaries and bring
down the walls that divide your school? Teaching Tolerance wants to
help, and, to prove it, they’re giving $500 grants to support youth-directed
programs and projects that address social boundaries in schools or
communities.

The Mockingbird Foundation
The Mockingbird Foundation offers competitive grants to schools that help to affect improvements in areas of importance to the Phish fan community. Pay It Forward Mini-Grants
These grants are designed to fund one-time-only service-oriented projects identified by youth as activities they would like to perform to benefit their school, neighborhood, or greater community. Projects must contain a “pay it forward” focus – that is, they must be based on the concept of one person doing a favor for others, who in turn do favors for others, with the results growing exponentially – to be considered in the grant making process. Team-Up for Youth Grant Opportunities
Team-Up for Youth is offering grants in the $5,000-$75,000 range to programs that offer out-of-school sports activities to low-income children and youth in San Francisco or Alameda counties. Team-Up accepts applications year-round for the Small Grants program or the Pacesetter Grants program.
