Training

Overview

Mentors are offered regular training by experienced trainers who have extensive experience in education and youth development.

Research shows that mentor training enriches relationships, resulting in sustained mentoring matches. For this reason, mentors are expected to attend a minimum of one training per year. Trainings are designed to support the mentor in every aspect of the developing relationship.
