strategies for Healthy Eating, Physical Activity
and Stress Reduction.

- Eat a wholesome breakfast daily
- Take a warm bath with bubbles, sea salt, herbs, or
soft music
- Infuse your day with physical activity
- Be realistic: do the best you can, with what you have,
where you are
- Take relaxation breaks
- Find a colleague or friend to share an affirmation
- Take deep breaths
- Change your perspective (dance, chant, sing, meditate,
do a headstand, spin around, or lie on the floor)
- Laugh
- Be honest with yourself and have the power to say
NO
- Walk during lunchtime.
- Take a yoga class.
- Go outdoors and hike, garden, bike or swim.
- Take a dance or movement class.
- Join a neighborhood sports or running group.
- Play a team sport.
- Go back to the gym to stretch, lift & move.
- Walk or ride a bike instead of driving or taking public
transportation.
- Take the stairs instead of riding in an elevator or
escalator.
- Turn on some music and vacuum, scrub, sweep & mop.
