I keep fruits and veggies in my fridge at school. Having the fridge keeps me from eating out. Precook meals and freeze on weekends.

Physical Activity
I walk stairs daily. I do Pilates two times a week. I lug around a 10-month-old and a three-year-old.

Our family has very little “junk food” in the pantry. I love fresh fruits and vegetables so we always have plenty for snacks that are “healthy.”

Physical Activity
Personal: Walking three to five miles every other day is a serious goal. Classroom: Two to three minutes are used throughout the day to stretch, move, and sing.

Stress Reduction
Deep breathing, relaxing my shoulders, stopping and taking a moment to get centered, clear my mind and keeping thoughts positive.

Personal: Three times a week to the gym and I also try to make it to the pool.

Healthy Eating
I really try hard not to shop when I'm hungry. I'll tend to buy less junk food. I make sure to have a fruit for a snack during the day / after dinner as a healthy dessert.

Physical Activity
I take my rowdy class on more nature walks around the community. They get fresh air & exercise. Plus I can work them because of our steep hill that our school is located on.

Stress Reduction
Yoga inside of the classroom. All of the students in the school do what we call "concentration", but it's really meditation. I also play softball to let out my aggression, & jog around Kezar.
