What are some of the ways you try to eat healthy?

For my colleagues, I provide resources at staff meetings.  For my students I tie in nutrition and physical fitness, I’ll say: “this is what you eat to grow strong and tall.” They are very responsive to that. How have your personal health habits changed since becoming a NEPTL?
I’ve always been health conscious; I question things that I assumed were healthy in the past.
