The PICK ME! Poster contest winners are in for school year 2008-2009 and the winning artwork is riding the bus!
For the "PICK ME!" NUTRITION POSTER CONTEST, SFUSD students submitted originaladvertisements highlighting a specific fruit or vegetable. According to the contest theme, each fruit or vegetable called on consumers to "PICK ME!" over less nutritious foods.
Entries by school children were evaluated on the basis of originality, graphic design, and clarity of theme. Look for the winners' artwork inside MUNI buses as you commute to school or work.
